From the field to your kitchen
Paddy comes in whole and leaves as grain the same week. Nothing is milled to sit in a warehouse.
Bought at the farm gate
We buy paddy in sacks straight from farms, not from a warehouse, so we know which field it came from.
Sun-dried, never kiln-dried
Spread on open floors and turned by hand. Slower than a kiln, and the germ survives it.
Single-pass milling
One pass through a rubber-roll huller. The bran stays on, which is why our rice looks darker than polished rice.
Packed the same week
Milled to order and sealed with the date on the pack, so you can see how fresh it is.
